GP 3.1 Establish a Defined Process - AB 1

The organization establishes a defined process for the process area by selecting or modifying a process template as part of the installation of Visual Studio Team System. This definition applies to the organization, not merely a single project. This defined process is what the project draws upon to tailor using documented criteria to arrive at the project-specific process. The defined process is controlled, maintained, and improved in Visual Studio Team System.
