Identify and involve the stakeholders for the process area using Visual Studio Team System and the project portal. This could include recording the names, roles, and contact information for the stakeholders, establishing the type and frequency of information that will be provided to the stakeholders, and establishing the expectations for any active participation from the stakeholders.
