Entry Criteria

A description of the project process in a format suitable for Visual Studio Team System containing the definition of all work items, queries and reports required for project data management.

Sub-Activities


1	Collect Data	Using a process definition, use Team System to manage all work done within the project. If all team members are tracking and managing their work items using Team System, the appropriate data will be collected automatically and stored in the data warehouse.

	A long term store of the project data.
	The queries and reports defined in the project process definition.
