Projects differ in size, complexity, scope, etc. The organizational process should be tailored to the project so that there is not too little or too much process. This could be problematic for a myriad of reasons. For example, a team working on a bug fix project that uses the full organizational process could potentially spend more time addressing why they did not need to create certain work products or perform certain process activities than they would in solving the problem. Tailor the full organizational process to meet the needs of the project.
