About Integrated Supplier Management

The purpose of this process area is to proactively identify sources of products that may be used to satisfy the project’s requirements and to manage selected suppliers while maintaining a cooperative project-supplier relationship. Analyze potential sources, evaluate, and select the sources for products. Coordinate work with the suppliers by monitoring their processes and evaluating their work products. Revise the supplier agreement or relationship, as needed.
