Gather core project team members and review the project plans including budget, schedule, outline scenario, qualities of service backlog, resources, roles and responsibilities, and communication plan. The objective of the review is to gain consensus that the project plan is acceptable to the team and worthy of presentation to the integrated program management office (IPMO).
Entry Criteria
- The collected budget, schedule, estimate, resource request, risk management strategy, stakeholder involvement plan, team organization chart, and communication plan for the project.

Publish Project Plans for Review |
- Publish the project plans on the project portal.

Schedule a Review |
- Invite all team members and schedule a time in the near future for review with the integrated program management office.

Hold Review |
- Reviews are always best held in face-to-face meetings, but this is not always possible. In which case, hold a teleconference, net meeting, or video conference.
- The project manager should present the plans.
- Record review comments. Small changes to the plan should be made immediately while larger changes may require the project manager to rework the plan before presenting again to the team.

Form a Consensus Agreement |
- Form a consensus around the state of the iteration plans.
- (1) Agreed to as is. Take the plan to the IPMO.
- (2) Agreed to with changes. The project manager will rework the plan with the agreed upon changes and take it to the IPMO. No further internal review required.
- (3) Rework and present again. The project manager will rework the plan and present it again for the team's consideration.

The project plan with any modifications required to facilitate wider organization and program issues. | |
