Reports from previous iterations. These may highlight skill gaps such as poor test coverage through lack of training.

Sub-Activities


1	Assess Knowledge and Skills	Analyze the work items on the planned iteration backlog and assess the knowledge and skills required to complete each item.
2	Determine Gap Analysis	Make a gap analysis of the skills and knowledge required against the current project team members.
3	Make Gap Closing Suggestion	Suggest training and/or drafting of alternative team members to close the identified skills gap (if any).

	The gap analysis of missing skills and suggested solutions including training or requests for additional team members.
