Work Product: Meeting Minutes

Description

The purpose of meeting minutes is to capture and communicate the discussion, decisions, assignments, and unresolved issues that are raised during a meeting. The minutes are organized by the agenda. Each agenda item is fleshed out with a general summary description, decisions made, action items assigned, and open issues discussed. This information can then be used to manage the project/team. The file can be saved with the date in the file name and retained for project/team history.
