Hold Issue Review Meeting |
- After the daily team meetings, gather a representative set of stakeholders and hold an issue log review. Review the status of all open issues and determine whether they are on-track, require management intervention, or must be reassigned to another member of staff more able to get to resolution.

Analyze and Assign New Issues |
- Go through the list of new issues which surfaced at the earlier development and test team meetings that hinder flow of development. Assign these issues for analysis and corrective action to suitable project managers, business analysts, architects, or subject matter experts.

Verify Recently Closed Issues |
- Examine issues closed since the last issue log meeting. Briefly check that the issue appears to have been closed correctly and that relevant stakeholders have been notified. If not, then take an action to either reopen the issue or notify stakeholders appropriately.
