Assemble the rollout team. Meet daily just like any other team on the project. Assign or commit to planned tasks at the daily meeting. Raise and monitor issues and risks. Assign action tasks and resolve them. Maintain a record of variance against the plan for use as future feedback and subsequent release planning activities.

- The plan for release, rollout, and deployment of the product.

Assemble Rollout Team |
- Based on the resources called for in the plan and committed to by the integrated program management office, assemble the team and start work on the release, rollout, and deployment plan.

Meet Daily |
- Like any other team on the project, meet daily for a short period to allocate and discuss work items and update tasks, issues, and risks.

Execute Tasks |
- Execute tasks and resolve them. Gradually burn down the complete list in the release, rollout, and deployment plan.

Record Variance Against Plan |
- Record the variance in resolved tasks against originally planned tasks.
