1	Establish Unit Testing Guidelines	Establish guidelines for performing unit testing. Provide guidance on methods, tools, conventions, and reporting.
2	Establish Unit Test Environment	Provide the configuration specification for performing unit testing on local machines in the development environment. Update and communicate this information, as needed.
