• Operating procedures and ground rules define how teams will work together to make decisions, settle disputes, and how achievements will be measured. Guidance on all of this is provided with the MSF for CMMI® Process Improvement template. MSF is a very consensus focused approach. This may not be right for your organization. Decide whether or not you want to change the operating procedures and ground rules to better suit your own environment?
