Description

The purpose of a communication plan is to layout the acceptable channels of communication on a project. Project schedules rely on a division of labor between those tasked with working and those tasked with communicating on the others behalf. By documenting a communication plan in advance everyone on the team can share an understanding of appropriate means of communication.
