About Qualities of Service

A quality of service mindset is fundamental to MSF for Agile Software Development. Everyone on the team should be conscious of the qualities of service required for the project and use them to inform design, implementation, testing, and deployment. Security, performance, and user experience are three qualities of service that are of particular concern.
