Queries
MSF for Agile Software Development provides a set of work item queries designed to support the activities and roles in the process.
- Active Bugs
This query returns a list of all of your active bugs. This query can also be used to generate a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet of your bugs.
- All My Team Project Work Items
Returns all open work items for your team project. This query is useful for team planning, scheduling, and viewing all work assigned to a specific team.
- All Scenarios
This query returns all of the active scenarios for the team project. This query can be used to generate a scenario list in Microsoft Excel.
- All Work Items
This query returns the list of all work items in the team project.
- My Work Items
This query returns a list of your work items.
- Project Checklist
This query returns the list of work items that have the exit criteria field marked Yes. This query is used to transfer work items from the scenario and quality of service requirement list to the iteration plan.
- Resolved Bugs
This query returns a list of the bugs that are resolved.
- All Tasks
This query returns all of the active tasks for the team project. This query can be used to generate a task list in Microsoft Project or Microsoft Excel.
- All Quality of Service Requirements
This query returns all of the active quality of service requirements for the team project. This query can be used to generate a quality of service requirements list in Microsoft Excel.
- Untriaged Bugs
This query returns the list of bugs that yet to be triaged. This query can be used to generate the triage list in Excel.
- All Issues
This query generates a list of all of the work items with the issue field set to 'yes'. Use this query to determine any blocked tasks or outstanding risks. This query should be run every morning by a project manager. |
